Just a quick post as it is already late. First, I hope you got to see the US ladies perform on bars…because I missed it – argh! But life goes on. The leotards that team USA is wearing are very sharp (although I do like what the Chinese are wearing as well). If you had to guess would you think Team USA is wearing leotards made by GK or Alpha Factor. I haven’t researched this yet, but I will bet they are sporting threads made by either GK or Alpha Factor. What do you think?

I hadn’t planned on writing a post today, but I came across this site and wanted to put together a post before I forgot about it. Gymnastics Leotards - Two New Sites

Ok, I have got to tell you, it is hard to find sites that have decent gymnastics leotards. It seems the majority of sites out there are either spam, or dance sites that try to pass their dance leotards off as a gymnastic leotard. In the event you don’t know that there is a difference…there is. My searching frustration aside, I have been able to come up with a couple new gymnastics leotard sites that should provide you with additional information.

Dancewear.com has a decent selection of gymnastic leotards and they appear to be reasonably priced. They also have a wide variety of dance apparel. If you decide to purchase a gymnastic leotard after visiting their site, please consider coming back and giving us your opinion about how they did.

I also managed to dig up GymDivas.com. This gymnastic leotard site provides a wide selection of leotards, and they are also reasonably priced. GymDivas focuses more on gymnastics leotards that are designed specifically for young girls that are participating in the sport of gymnastics. My review of the site also revealed that they offer girls gymnastics accessories as well. Take a look at the site, and let me know what you think.

One alternative to the purchase of girl’s gymnastics leotards that we have not discussed yet is the creation of one’s own leotards. While this is not a viable alternative for all of the readers of this blog, it is an alternative. I have had several parents successfully create girls gymnastics leotards that are every bit as durable as those purchased from commercial businesses.
